Hi Thuy,
I’m sorry the rebate didn’t work out for you. I would recommend contacting Rogaine through their contact page or phone number and see if they can help you. https://www.rogaine.com/ancillary/contactus.do

Hi Nye,
4/13 SS is the Smart Source insert that arrived in yesterday’s newspaper. If you don’t have that, you can use the $5 Rogaine printable here http://www.healthyessentials.com/printable-coupons
ECB stands for Extra Care Bucks. They are a coupon that you will receive at the end of the transaction and you can use them to purchase anything else you need. So your transaction will work like this:

You’ll make your purchase for $39.99 and hand over the $5 or $10 coupon (depending on what you have), you’ll pay $34.99 or $29.99 (depending on your coupon) and then receive a coupon for $10 back. That coupon is good for one month and good on anything in the store (think groceries or toiletries if there’s nothing else you need). You’ll then file the $10 rebate and will have paid a total of $9.99 or $14.99 after all is said and done. I hope that helps!! :)
